How to use
You can warm your Eye Care Pillow in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time, until it’s warm to the touch. It should be warm, not hot.
Now lie back and place the Eye Care Pillow on your eyes for 4-6 minutes while keeping your eyes closed. It is recommended that you use your Eye Care Pillow at least once a day. You will start to feel the improvement in eye comfort within seven days. Your Eye Care Pillow can be used many times, but replace it when the fabric becomes worn.
Hint: You can add a drop of essential oil such as lavender oil to your Eye Care Pillow to get all the added benefits of aromatherapy. Make sure that the essential oil is not directly on your skin, but on the side facing up.
